The customer will get product replacement facility subject to all the conditions.
1) You can get a replacement in case of product problems (eg: product broken, torn, wrong size, product not working, product does not match with the picture, etc.).
2) The product must be completely intact with the box.
3) Within maximum 48 hours after receiving the delivery you have to mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call +880 1920 338 914 to register a complaint.
4) You must return the product to the office of Khoka Bazar at your own risk within a maximum of 7 working days.
5) The maximum courier charge of Tk. 50 inside Dhaka and Tk. 100 outside Dhaka will be refunded to the customer for sending the product to the office of Khoka Bazar.
Our Complaints Team will call you for any complaints regarding products and services. We want to get you active on the phone until your complaint is resolved. If your contact number is not active, an alternative number must be active. You need to tell us the means of refund for the refund. If we do not receive any of your cooperation by phone or email within 15 working days, we will consider your complaint to be settled.
